Terms of Service

They govern your use of the Cashflow AI Academy website and your membership in the Cashflow AI Academy course and Discord community (together, the "Service"). By using the website, joining the community or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to join the community or purchase a membership. By joining, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may remove access for anyone we reasonably believe is under 18.

2. Description of the Service

Cashflow AI Academy provides educational content about creating, growing and monetizing AI influencer accounts, together with access to a members’ community hosted on Discord. Paid membership tiers unlock additional content and features as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

The community runs on Discord and payments are processed by Stripe. Both are independent platforms with their own terms, which apply to you alongside these Terms: Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines.

3. Accounts and Community Conduct

You need your own Discord account to participate in the community; you are responsible for that account and for what you post. In the community you must not harass other members, post unlawful or infringing content, spam, advertise without permission, share other members’ private information, or attempt to circumvent tier restrictions.

We may moderate the community at our discretion, including removing content, muting or removing members who violate these rules or Discord’s own policies. Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination of your membership (see Section 10).

4. Membership and Billing

Paid memberships are monthly subscriptions billed in USD. Your subscription renews automatically every month, and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

We may change membership prices. Price changes never apply retroactively and take effect only after we notify you in advance, no later than before your next renewal, so you can cancel first if you do not accept the new price.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal (the link is in your Stripe receipt emails). Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access to your paid tier until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; after that, your access returns to the free tier.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — videos, lessons, prompts, templates, documents and community posts made by our team — is owned by us or our licensors and is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active. You may not copy, share, publish, resell, or make course content available to anyone else, including other members of a different tier. You keep all rights to the content you create using what you learn.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The Service is educational. We do not guarantee any outcome, income or result of any kind. What you achieve depends on your own effort, skills, timing and factors outside anyone’s control. Nothing in the Service is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

The Service depends on third-party platforms (Discord, Stripe) and teaches the use of third-party AI tools. We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, policies or decisions — including a platform suspending your account under its own rules. If a third-party platform becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the Service through alternative means.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, including the community conduct rules in Section 3, or if required by law. If we terminate your paid membership without a breach on your side, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period. If we terminate for breach, no refund is due.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same maximum extent, our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Governing Law and Disputes
