This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the Cashflow AI Academy website, and what rights you have. The short version: this website has no forms, no user accounts and no cookies. The only data connected to it is standard hosting logs, anonymous cookieless analytics, and the data you give directly to Stripe (payments) and Discord (community) under their own privacy policies.

1. Who We Are

2. What This Website Collects

The website itself collects nothing from you directly. There are no contact forms, no sign-up forms, no comment fields and no user accounts.

• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel processes technical data about each request (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) in server logs, for security and to deliver the site. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
• Cookieless analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, aggregated measurement tool. It does not use cookies or persistent identifiers, does not track you across sites, and shows us only aggregate statistics (page views, countries, device types).

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies — no analytics cookies, no marketing cookies, no tracking pixels. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

4. Data Processed by Third Parties as Independent Controllers

Two services you interact with through this website process your personal data as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details, and your Discord profile is governed by Discord:

• Stripe — payment processing for paid memberships. When you purchase a tier, checkout happens on Stripe’s pages and Stripe processes your name, email, payment details and billing information. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Discord — the community platform. When you join our Discord server, Discord processes your account data and messages. See the Discord Privacy Policy.

We see the information these platforms show us as a server operator or merchant (for example your Discord username in our server, or your name and email on a Stripe receipt), and we use it only to run the community and manage memberships.

5. Purposes and Legal Bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on these legal bases:

• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — operating, securing and measuring this website (hosting logs, aggregate analytics), and moderating the community.
• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — managing your membership, matching your payment to your community tier, and providing member support.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — accounting and tax records for payments.

6. Retention

Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a short technical period. Membership and payment records are kept for as long as your membership is active and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data.

7. Your Rights — EU and UK

If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email info@cashflowaiacademy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. US State Privacy Rights

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah or Virginia), you may have the right to know what personal information is processed about you, to access it, to correct it and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, email info@cashflowaiacademy.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

9. International Transfers

Our service providers (Vercel, Stripe, Discord) may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the GDPR applies to such transfers, they rely on recognized safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in their own policies.

10. Children

The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has joined the community, contact us and we will remove the account from our server.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its "Last updated" date. For material changes we will notify members in the community.
